In 1994 I listed my home in Pembroke Pines and bought a home through Florence Khan. In 1996 my son bought a home from her. In 1998 my cousin bought a home through them as well. In 1999 my boss bought a home from Flo. In 2004 I sold and bought a home through Flo and Erin. In 2006 they sold my father’s home when he retired. In 2008 my neighbor sold their home through Flo and Erin. In 2010 they rented my home and bought a 3rd property. In 2020, I sold my 3rd home and I am buying my 4th and still have my rental property. 12 years ago My husband and I started to search for a place, through a friend I met Aisha and her mother Florence who had the perfect condo for a young couple. The transaction was smooth and everything was perfect. About a year or so after we needed a house because we were going to have a baby. Again we called Flo and this time Erin who were excited to start helping us with dining the perfect house for our small family. They showed us many places and honesty my husband is a housezilla (he is very picky) and I thought they’d give us the boot and not work with us but they were patient and with each place they showed us (and we rejected) they got a better understating of exactly what we wanted. I really love their work ethic, they treated us like family and it is always a pleasure to work with them. My next house in Florida I will defiantly be using them, amazing people, responsive, just my overall experience has been great. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I would like to comment on this Dynamic Dou. We are aware of their real estate abilities and their determination to serve. I would like to inform you of something that you may not know about this team. On Saturday morning or weekday evenings, you will find the local school board, having their meetings with coffee and doughnuts, compliments of the duo. Erin assists in projects for the local schools. You will find Florence helping the elderly and providing food for the needy. Over the holidays, you will see them stuffing Christmas stockings and giving them out to over 2,000 children locally as well as abroad. When the keys got hit with the storm, the dynamic duo was providing water and essentials to the residents. When Katrina hit, this duo, provided clothing, shoes, and cash to residents of Louisiana and Mississippi. Not long ago when the Bahamas was struck, truckloads of food and clothing were shipped out via private airplane by Florence, Erin, Jose Pinargote, Richard Ortiz, Marie Tassy, and Clara Nouel. Florence and Erin continue to support missions in Haiti. When Puerto Rico was hit the duo acted quickly and donated cash to the families in need. They continue to serve our community with Integrity and Strength!
