I was fortunate enough to have met Erin and Florence a couple of months ago. I was looking to downsize my home and get into something comfortable for me and my son, Churro (my dog). Not only were they able to find something comfortable for me, but they also helped me get into a good monthly payment with escrow for the taxes and insurance to be included in the monthly. They even sent one of the workers over to help customize the walkway for me with railings in case my knees give out.
